Ever since I was a kid I have always had the goal of becoming the person I wish I had in my life when I was a kid. I wanted to become someone who supported people, helped the community, helped my friends achieve their goals, etc. Over time I've done my best to live up to the expectations that younger me set, and truthfully I don't believe I've reached the pinnacle of those self imposed expectations. However, throughout the years I have built things that I hope can have a positive impact on the people in my life and the world as a whole. My grandmother had a saying: Your name will go farther than you ever go That phrase stays in my mind with every decision I make with hope that one day, between my music, books, charities, and whatever other ventures I eventually get into, that I leave a positive impact on the world.
